Cancellations & Refunds

Should a participant have cold symptoms and is not able to participate, all remaining camp days will be returned to the camper’s account for when they are healthy and can be applied to any future camps or other programming, subject to availability.

Cancellations for other reasons will be dealt with on a case by case basis up to 2 weeks before a camp starts. Camps are “locked in” less than 14 days out.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Drop-off is available between 8:30am - 9:00am and activities kick off at 9:00am sharp! Regular pickup is between 3:00pm - 3:30pm.

We offer a late pickup option until 6:00pm for $49.99 for the whole week. Please let us know if you’d like to opt into our late pickup option at the time you register for camp!

First Aid & Medical

Our staff are First Aid certified and prepared for any medical needs that might arise during camps. If your child has allergies, an Epi-pen, or has any other specific medical needs, please inform us at the time of registration.
